Project number: CZ.01.1.02/0.0/0.0/19_286/0022125

Project applicant: Pardubice business incubator, z.ú.

Support provider: Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic

Support program: EUROPEAN UNION - European Fund for Regional Development OP Entrepreneurship and Innovation for Competitiveness 2014 - 2020, Infrastructure Services

Project implementation period: 31/03/2022 – 31/03/2023

The main goal of the project is to fulfill the specific objective of the operational program 1.2 To increase the intensity and efficiency in research, development and innovation by expanding the spaces of the innovation infrastructure, acquiring new equipment and improving capacities for the joint use of technologies.

The target output is therefore the creation of a new infrastructure to support business activities in the Pardubice region and ensure the provision of these services. These goals are fully in line with the goals of the Infrastructure Service call, and the implementation of these activities is in line with the approved RIS3 strategy of the Pardubice Region.

As part of the implemented project, buildings No. 363 and 372 in Jana Palacha Street in Pardubice will be revitalized, where P-PINK operations will be moved in the future from the current premises at the address nám Republiky 2686. As part of the project, the building, which is owned by the city, will be reconstructed Pardubice. The newly created premises will offer P-PINK clients sufficient facilities in the form of modular offices (according to the growth needs of startups), meeting rooms, a conference hall, a coworking office, a relaxation zone and, last but not least, also a prototype workshop. In these workshops, young startups will be able to model, build and also test a prototype version of their product using e.g. a 3D printer and other equipment, and at the same time they will be able to create basic multimedia content for their own marketing activity. The implementation of the project will, among other things, make it possible to better manage incubation and acceleration programs, which will include support services to help start-up entrepreneurs.

The project was financially supported by the statutory city of Pardubice, which is the main partner of the project.
